How to Size: Measure circumference of the knee (mid-patella) in a locked position (muscles must be relaxed). If your calves are bigger than your knee measurement, we recommend using the circumference of your calf.

For general elbow pain or support we recommend that you measure the circumference of your elbow joint. We recommend going down one size for general elbow support. So if you measure 12”, purchase the 11” Cuff.
For tendonitis pain in the forearm or elbow we recommend that you measure the circumference of your forearm roughly 1" below your elbow joint. We recommend going down 1 size for tight compression. For example, if you measure 10" then purchase the 9" Cuff.
We advise you to measure your arm in a straight locked out position with your muscles relaxed. Measure the circumference of your arm at the centre of your elbow, our chat is in inches.

I bought this pair recently and they are sturdy and very easy to use for any pull exercises. Excellent for pulling down from cable machines or pulling up heavy bars. Labeled left and right to avoid confusion. Make sure you measure your wrist first. It has to be a good fit!
Before I used these I didn’t think they were necessary, I was wrong. It’s helped my grip and form on multiple lifts. Definitely Recommend. 5 stars ⭐️
I was struggling with my grip on pull ups and lat pulldowns and I didn't want to keep chalking up so I thought I'd give the Tuff Grips Elite a try.

I have a powertec workbench lever gym and can't use normal straps and even tried the figure eight straps which didn't work, but purchased this product and getting great lifts I have mostly tuff wraps gear now and would recommend them to anybody that asks, I am extremely fussy when it comes to gym accessories and tuff wraps are top of the tree in my opinion.
