    Price Adjustments

    What if I purchased an item and the next day the same item goes on sale?

    When you buy with us, you can get a 1-time price adjustment within three days of purchase if the item is now on sale. Price adjustment requests will be honoured when items are purchased at FULL RETAIL price and if the merchandise is discounted within three days of the original purchase date. Will it Work on Black Friday/Cyber Monday: Yes, as long as your purchase is within three days. To obtain a price adjustment send an email message to sales@tuffwraps.co.uk within the 3-day window. Please include your order number and email you used to make your purchase.

    Are they sold in pairs?

    Yes, all TuffWraps, Villain wraps and knee wraps are sold in pairs.  You are buying a set (one for each wrist or knee).

    When will my TuffWraps arrive?

    Delivery time can vary on your location. We aim to ship your order within 24 hours from receiving your order, customer service in incredibly important to us and we do not want to make you wait. Tracking information will go live once it has been despatched from us.  If you have any questions or concerns please contact us HERE.

    *During busy periods (xmas, Black Friday etc) please expect a small delay in our service.

    Any "PRE-ORDER" items are subject to estimated wait and processing times, these times are available in the item details of the "PRE-ORDER" products. If you run into any problems during the order process or in receiving your order please don't hesitate to contact us HERE.

    *International Orders:  These order times will vary from that mentioned above.  TuffWraps UK are based in the United Kingdom so all orders placed outside of the UK will take longer to despatch and arrive due to increased logistics.

    What are Villain Wrist Wraps & what is the best length for me?

    Villain wraps are considered our powerlifting and weight lifting wrist wraps.  TuffWraps UK sells these in 16", 27" & 30" lengths depending on your requirement.  The longer the wrist wraps the more support you will have.  If you are an everyday lifter that is not looking to compete or lift heavy, then the 16" will be great for you.

    My wraps never arrived?

    Please start by checking the tracking information you were provided with in the confirmation email. In the event that you have provided us with incorrect address and the wraps are returned, we will re-ship it to you. If your package is in fact lost after waiting the appropriate time for delivery, we will replace your order.

    *International orders: If you have an issue or have not received your package please contact us.  If the package is lost or does not arrive we will refund you the purchase price of your order. The refund will only be issued 30 days after the order date.  This is due to the fact that your package may still show up and may be held up for various reasons.

    How can I pay for my order?

    TuffWraps UK accepts most major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, and American Express, we also support PayPal.

    Do you ship internationally?

    YES! TuffWraps UK aims to cover TuffWraps sales to the UK and Europe but the rest of the world is not that far away for us either.  Don't worry, we will be able to get you the wraps you need.

    • I never received my package?  If you have an issue or have not received your package please contact us.  If the package is lost or does not arrive we will refund you the purchase price of your order. The refund will only be issued 30 days after the order date.  This is due to the fact that your package may still show up and may be held up for various reasons.
    • Can you refund my order? Shipping internationally may take longer than expected so please be patient when ordering from another country.  Remember that we are based in the UK and shipping outside of the country may have delays due to customs, weather, etc. 

    I have a promotional discount code, how do I use it?

    If you have a TuffWraps UK discount code, you can enter the code into the discount section at the checkout screen. Please ensure that the discount code successfully applies to your order and that the discount is taken off the price before completing your order.

    Do you supply a warranty for my wraps?

    We offer a 30 day, 100% satisfaction guarantee. Try them out for 30 days, if you don't like them for any reason...fit, feel, or performance issues contact us to send them back and we will refund you for the purchase price of the wraps. If you receive a pair of wraps that are defective, you have 30 days from your purchase date to contact us. You must include a photo of the defective wrap, and we will replace them for you at no cost. A defective wraps includes where the material is unraveling, string is missing or damaged. In the event is if after the 30 days and you have any other issues with your wraps, we will look at those on a case by case basis. Photos will be required.

    How do I wash my wraps?

    Please wash your wraps by hand and let them air dry while laying flat. We highly recommend you do NOT machine was them as this risks the strings from winding around other clothing items or other parts inside your washing machine.

    I want to sell your wraps at my gym.  Can I do this?

    Yes. We offer Custom Bulk Orders and pricing for gym affiliates. Refer to above question about Custom Bulk Orders. Those who are looking to carry them in a retail store or online store should refer to our Distributorship Agreement. Please contact us directly for more information!
