TUFF Cable CUFF's are a great addition to your gym bag. These are used on cable machines for a variety of exercises like glute kick backs and side kicks, chest flys and lateral raises.

The cuffs are very strong, sturdy and comfortable. Only tiny issue (that doesn’t cause problems to me using) is that with each rep there’s often a clicking noise produced, but like I said doesn’t disrupt the great comfort and smoothness of the product!
