If you are at the top of a size we recommend going to the next size up. For example if you measure 11.5" we suggest a size L.

Measured my elbows as was on the top end of the small size. Ordered a small, took 2 people to get them on and lost circulation to my hand and forearms fast. Tuff customer services were great and let me exchange to get a medium. Still real tight but they’re very effective and really help with my elbow injury I’m
Just now getting past. In other words believe them when they say size up!
Great product. Sizing is dead on. I wish they were like an inch longer. I think I would enjoy more support around my upper forearm.
Really really like these. Both of my elbows have been hurting lately. The sleeves are easy to get on and off and are very comfortable. They are like my security blanket once I start getting heavier weights on the bar. I am not able to get a ring muscle up just yet, but wouldn’t try this without the support of the stuff Elbow sleeves.
