We advise you to measure your arm in a locked out position with your muscles relaxed. Measure the circumference of your arm (inches) at the center of the elbow.
Select the size below that best fits your measurements.
If you are at the top of a size we recommend going to the next size up. For example if you measure 11.5" we suggest a size L.

These sleeves work great! Having golfers elbow I have tried many braces. The Tuff elbow sleeves have help me out better then any other ones I have tried.

Helps out tremendously while lifting, especially benching and curling. I have tried other sleeves in the past but none as good as these. I never go to the gym without them
