How to Size: Measure circumference of the knee (mid-patella) in a locked position (muscles must be relaxed). If your calves are bigger than your knee measurement, we recommend using the circumference of your calf.

For general elbow pain or support we recommend that you measure the circumference of your elbow joint. We recommend going down one size for general elbow support. So if you measure 12”, purchase the 11” Cuff.
For tendonitis pain in the forearm or elbow we recommend that you measure the circumference of your forearm roughly 1" below your elbow joint. We recommend going down 1 size for tight compression. For example, if you measure 10" then purchase the 9" Cuff.
We advise you to measure your arm in a straight locked out position with your muscles relaxed. Measure the circumference of your arm at the centre of your elbow, our chat is in inches.

TUFF CUFF Compression Support deliver specific relief for persistentelbow and/or bicep pain. This tendons/muscles of the elbow and forearm become overworked and therefore become compromised. The tendons end up pulling on their attachment sites (epicondyles of the elbow) which results in that pin point tenderness.

I've purchased and worn many elbow compression cuffs as I have tendonitis in my elbow that causes pain when lifting and sitting at my computer typing. This is definitely the best made I've ever used. The support has also been great. My elbow measures 11.5 inches so I contacted Tuff and asked if I should get the 11” or 12”. They recommend the 11” and it works perfectly. I recommend that you add something to your size chart saying if someone is between sizes, that they choose the smaller size.

perfect size based on the measurement instructions provided .. i bought the stiff version as well and when comparing the two in the gym this is the winner for easing pain and also for flexibility using free weights

Bought this after a forearm injury. Gives a good amount of support with a nice tight fit, when doing any exercises that place strain on the forearm, for me it was hammer curls but also bent over rows and deadlifts.
