    TUFF Cuff Information:

For general elbow pain or support we recommend that you measure the circumference of your elbow joint. We recommend going down one size for general elbow support.  So if you measure 12”, purchase the 11” Cuff.

    compression support

For tendonitis pain in the forearm or elbow we recommend that you measure the circumference of your forearm roughly 1" below your elbow joint.  We recommend going down 1 size for tight compression.   For example, if you measure 10" then purchase the 9" Cuff.

We advise you to measure your arm in a straight locked out position with your muscles relaxed.  Measure the circumference of your arm at the centre of your elbow, our chat is in inches.

TUFF Figure 8 Lifting Straps are a must for heavy lifting. Designed with a double loop around your wrists, these straps help lock you into the bar or dumbbells you're lifting. They are built with a heavy-duty strap, which makes them both strong and comfortable. The TUFF Figure 8 Lifting Straps allow you to grip the bar without any interference from the straps. They are designed to fit any wrist.

Image reference only, colour may be all black.

    WHICH STRAP DO I NEED?

    • Deadlift Bar Figure 8's are used for deadlifting and everyday lifting.
    • Axle Bar Figure 8's are designed for strongman training with an axle bar as this is larger in diameter, and you will need more strap to wrap around the bar.  These are larger than the Deadlift Figure 8's.
    • We offer 2 sizes depending on needs (Deadlift Bar or Axle Bar)
    • Sold as a pair (2 Straps)
    • Heavy-duty cotton strap
    • Unique weave for maximum durability

      WOW! What a difference

I now understand why these are so popular i have used them for bent over rows and deadlifts and they are amazing. Quick setup while i believe giving more support than your standard wrist straps.
