I can say after just a couple of weeks, these are a solid solution for elbow support. I initially wasn't sure these were going to give me the support I needed. I have an old injury to my right elbow, which causes some instability while lifting. I've been using compression sleeves for years, but as I began consistently lifting heavier the compression sleeves were not enough. You were out of my size in the 7mm sleeves when I bought these and wasn't sure how the 5mm's would work. I don't think I'll ever workout without them again. I was just intending to wear one on my right elbow, but it provided so much support, my left elbow began to feel less stable during workouts. So, I wear them both, and as a 55 yr old, I'm starting to regain strength I thought was gone forever. I may still try the 7mm, but for now, I have no need. These are well worth the money!

Great support. I never used any type of sleeve or wrap on my elbows before but as I have gotten older, now 62 years old. I just feel added support for protection is needed in order to keep longevity. These are a great fit and add just the right amount of support . Thanks

Having suffered painfully from “golfer’s elbow” lately, I though I’d give these a go. I have to say, they make a big difference when lifting. Worth every penny.
