    TUFF-X Compression Weight Belt

    Size chart
TUFF-X Neoprene Lumbar Compression Weight Belt

Measuring your waist for your weightlifting belt

Use a pliable measuring tape, measure around your tummy approximately 4 inches above where your pant would sit. Please do not suck your stomach in and keep everything relaxed when measuring.

If you are in between sizes or at the top of a size band we suggest sizing up.

Example: if your waist is 35" you would choose the XL so you have some growing room and to be able to wear over a tee shirt / hoodie etc.

    Size Waist Measurement (in)
    S 24 - 28 inches
    M 27 - 32 inches
    L 31 - 35 inches
    XL 34 - 39 inches
    2XL 38 - 43 inches
    3XL 41 - 47 inches
    4XL
    45 - 50 inches
    5XL 48 - 55 inches
    Size: S

The TUFF-X Neoprene Compression Belt is one of the most versatile belts on the market. Taking all our knowledge from belts previously designed and worn by not only our pro strongman competitors but also our IFBB Pro athletes.

As a belt on its own, the neoprene layer helps generate warmth in the lower back region, an area we all look to protect while training. To this, we added plastic "bones," which offer good support but don't feel as rigid as some of the thicker leather belts. On top of this, we added a stiff elastic corset-style fastening that can pull the belt in tighter if required, making it incredibly functional for all disciplines.

If more support is required, especially for some strongman events like big deadlifts or heavy yoke frame carries, we designed belt loops suitable for taking any 4" power belt on top.

If you are looking for a super universal belt offering great support for static and moving exercises, then look no further than the TUFF-X Compression Weight Belt.

    • 7mm high grade neoprene
    • 10" wide (at widest)
    • Knee wrap style elastic compression bands
    • Double fastening velcro mechanisms
    • Ribbed inserts provide massive support for lower back
    • Belt loops to allow 4" belt as an addition over the top
    • Use on its own or add any 4" power belt over the top

      Great belt for moving events

I love this belt on its own for moving events, or as an under belt for overhead events.

      TUFF-X Compression Belt

As a Hammer Thrower as well as a Powerlifter, I value the support that I get from the TUFF-X Compression Belt! As I when in training for a competition, I would throw the Hammer & Weight 40-50 times 3-4 times a week. So I like the large back support this belt gives.
