Great fit for strength training
I love my Elbow sleeves ! I feel so much comfortable while I'm bench pressing. I highly recommend these for anyone looking to maximize their ability to bench more without risking injury or pain.
I really like the elbow sleeves. they are a little stiff due to the thickness. I ordered a size up because i was worried about them being too tight since Tuff Wraps said multiple times to size up if you want comfort.
I measured at just over 12” elbow and the size range is 11-13” iirc.
The XL are definitely too loose. Luckily I got them for Zercher deadlifts and not for compression.
I also bought a pair of the 5mm in Large once I felt how loose the XL 7mm were. The Large 5mm are a better fit but still not anywhere near uncomfortably tight on me.

They help me hit my new goals every time ,plus I also use the 24 inch wrist wraps every time I’m working out.
Especially for a guy of 50 years old don’t want to hurt anything not young like I used to be.
These are great elbow sleeves, this is my second set as I wanted a spare whilst one set was in the laundry. They have helped prevent elbow soreness, I wear them for all arm push exercises.
