How to Size: Measure circumference of the knee (mid-patella) in a locked position (muscles must be relaxed). If your calves are bigger than your knee measurement, we recommend using the circumference of your calf.

For general elbow pain or support we recommend that you measure the circumference of your elbow joint. We recommend going down one size for general elbow support. So if you measure 12”, purchase the 11” Cuff.
For tendonitis pain in the forearm or elbow we recommend that you measure the circumference of your forearm roughly 1" below your elbow joint. We recommend going down 1 size for tight compression. For example, if you measure 10" then purchase the 9" Cuff.
We advise you to measure your arm in a straight locked out position with your muscles relaxed. Measure the circumference of your arm at the centre of your elbow, our chat is in inches.

The STIFF Compression CUFF delivers a huge amount of support for various exercises that require a bending movement in your elbow. Bench press, over-head press, arm curls, etc.
These 4" wide CUFFs also act with compression to help alleviate issues such as tendinitis, which is often associated with people training heavily and often. Where you locate the CUFF on your arm can be very specific to help support and or alleviate different areas of pain.
Please take time to measure the area of your arm you plan to wear this item and size it appropriately based on our chart.
These STIFF CUFFs are much more extreme than our standard CUFF, so we recommend only dropping down 1 CUFF size to provide ample support and compression.
We recommend that you measure 1" below the elbow joint or specifically where the pain is.
We recommend measuring as accurately as possible. If the area the cuff is required for measure's 12", we suggest a 12" cuff.

I get tennis elbow and cramping on my pull / bicep day. Using these sleeves on my upper forearms have alleviated that discomfort.
only used for a few days so far, I'm actually using it for support of an injury rather than to lift, but the "medical" supports are more expensive and look a bit crap. this support looks good and is very sturdy... my only minor criticism is the seam isn't massively comfortable regardless of where i position it.
