We advise you to measure your arm in a locked out position with your muscles relaxed. Measure the circumference of your arm (inches) at the center of the elbow.
Select the size below that best fits your measurements.
If you are at the top of a size we recommend going to the next size up. For example if you measure 11.5" we suggest a size L.

After having the wrong size sent a couple of times (partly my fault) then they sent wrong type, but they stayed in contact with me the whole time & then sent the correct ones. On the whole I was very pleased with them & I would order again from them .

They provide a significant amount of support throughout the movement. Additionally, very comfortable to wear.
I really only need one since I had reconstructive elbow surgery many years ago. It just always feels sketchy. Not anymore. This sleeve provides the support and confidence I need to push heavier weight.
