We advise you to measure your arm in a locked out position with your muscles relaxed. Measure the circumference of your arm (inches) at the center of the elbow.
Select the size below that best fits your measurements.
If you are at the top of a size we recommend going to the next size up. For example if you measure 11.5" we suggest a size L.

These sleeves are awesome. I'm 55 years young and have tender elbows. These sleeves help me lift the heavy weights without pain. Definitely recommend them.
