How to Size:
We advise you to measure your arm in a locked out position with your muscles relaxed. Measure the circumference of your arm (inches) at the center of the elbow.
Select the size below that best fits your measurements.
If you are at the top of a size we recommend going to the next size up. For example if you measure 11.5" we suggest a size L.

TUFF Double Ply Elbow Sleeves are a dual-ply support designed to compress, support, and provide warmth to your elbow joints when training. These are perfect for strongman training, weightlifting, powerlifting, and any exercise where you want support for your elbows. Our sleeves are made from an optimum blend of material that will stretch and form your elbow joints and follow the contours of your arms. The material is double-ply and thinner (compared to our Neoprene Sleeves), which provides an extremely comfortable, snug fit. Due to the fact they are thinner, these will allow for a natural feel in your range of motion when training.

Great product very well made and very tight fitting , Great if you want even more compression just wasn't for me I found was a little to tight on my bicep area but I think for heavy lifts and low reps they would be perfect , I had to return them and get some shorter ones which are perfect for me , definatly recommend if the extra compression is what your are looking for , even thiugh I had to return them I thing they are still worth a 5 star review 💪
