I have tiny hands and my grip sucks. I tried lifting straps but didn’t like them. I’ve been seeing women use these so I tried them out. THEY’RE ALL I USE NOW!! I love these.
I was struggling with my grip on pull ups and lat pulldowns and I didn't want to keep chalking up so I thought I'd give the Tuff Grips Elite a try.
Wow, what excellent grip these give you. I've already upped my weight on the pulldowns and increased my pull ups for 50 %>
