Measuring your waist for your weightlifting belt
Use a pliable measuring tape, measure around your waist approximately 4 inches above where your pant would sit. Please do not suck your stomach in and keep everything relaxed when measuring.

Recommended for powerlifting and strongman disciplines, this is an extreme belt requiring a break-in period before optimal comfort is achieved. Hand-rolling this belt before wearing it is recommended.
We do NOT recommend this belt for regular gym training.
Use a soft measuring tape to measure above your waist (inches) at the navel area where your weight belt would sit. This will ensure proper sizing. NOT YOUR WAIST where your shorts sit. Please do not suck your stomach in, and keep everything relaxed when measuring.
RECOMMENDATIONS: If you are in-between sizes, please go down a size. Ex. If you measure 42", we recommend you choose a XL.

This is my first purchase of a weight belt and thought I'd go for what seemed the best I could find, was a little concerned that it may be too much as am using only in the gym for training. However was so happy I ordered this, quality is obvious and the support it gives me allows me to lift much heavier than I dared too before in squats, deadlifts. I find the lever works great for me too and really locks you in quickly and can remove just as quick. I can't see me having the need for another belt, this thing will outlast me. Can't recommend any higher.
