I have been suffering from tennis elbow and knee pain, from many years being an electrician, the pain started to hampering my training. I was recommended Tuff wraps by my PT. I got the elbow sleeves first they really helped with stability and the pain. I have now just got my knee sleeves and they are doing a great job giving support squatting and deadlifting.
