Use a pliable measuring tape, measure around your waist approximately 4 inches above where your pant would sit. Please do not suck your stomach in and keep everything relaxed when measuring.

I just needed a belt for bent over rows and shoulder press so didn't want to fork out an arm and an leg but I also needed it to be supportive and quick to put on and take off and this belt ticks all the boxes and not only that it looks badass too with the simple but class design!!
Wow, best belt I have ever had. It broke in nice and truly protects my lower back. Comfortable but secure. I have been lifting over 40 years and at 60 you have to feel secure.
