The size tag on every wrist wrap will state how to wash your item and the length of the wrist wrap.
Tearing the label off will damage the integrity of your wrist wraps. We recommend cutting this off if needed. Any label found torn off will immediately void any warranty.

I previously had a pair of the 16” wraps and those worked great. Recently purchased a set of the 24” ones and they are even better! They lock my wrist in place and really help during bench/shoulder press exercises. Highly recommend!
I bought these because my old sidekick wraps had seen better days, I was going to get sidekick again but I'm so glad i didn't, much better for lifting heavier loads on bench and shoulders 100% reccomend.
