Size Guide

The STIFF Compression support CUFF delivers a huge amount of support for various exercises that require a bending movement in your elbow.  Bench press, over head press, arm curls etc.

These 4" wide CUFF's also act with compression to help alleviate issues such as tendinitis which is very often associated with people training heavy and often.  Where you locate the CUFF on your arm can be very specific to help support and or alleviate different areas of pain.

Please take time to measure the area of your arm you are planning to wear this item and size it appropriately from our chart.

These STIFF CUFF's are much more extreme than our standard CUFF so we recommend only dropping down 1 CUFF  size to provide ample support and compression.

  • Sold as a single CUFF
  • 4" Wide
  • Fits left or right
  • Reinforced Stitching
  • Cotton/Elastic Material
  • Very Stiff - Take Time To Size Properly

Arm Compression:

We recommend that you measure 1" below the elbow joint or specifically where the pain is.

We recommend going down a maximum of 1 size for a tight compression. (e.g. if you measure 12”, purchase the 11” for compression)

Excellent product

Good well made item that offers good quality compression.

It is hard to get on as it’s so stiff but that is what I was looking for.

As always customer service is first class
