Road to Bigger Arms

At the time, I thought my arms were big and conditioned for any arm workout thrown my way...

I never thought my arms would be sore for the two days after my first arms session! The High Intensity Arms Workout will be tuff and may kick your a** the first few times but the more you do it the “lighter” it will be. Don’t get me wrong, it’s still a challenge and I use to this day. It is definitely worth a few $$ seeing the results you get out of it.

Perfect for at home

I was completely swole to the point I couldn’t even hold a drink. This was perfect for the at home workout. I just subbed with bands on anything that required a rope and weight stack.
