How to Size: Measure circumference of the knee (mid-patella) in a locked position (muscles must be relaxed). Unisex sizes.

S 11.8 in. - 13.0 in.
M 13.0 in. - 14.2 in.
L 14.2 in. - 15.7 in.
XL 15.7 in. - 17.0 in.
XXL 17.0 in. - 18.3 in.

*If you prefer a tighter fit please order one size smaller than your measurement.

How to Size:

We advise you to measure your arm in a locked out position with your muscles relaxed. Measure the circumference of your arm (inches) at the center of the elbow.

IF YOU PREFER A TIGHT FIT THEN WE RECOMMEND FOLLOWING THE CHART SIZE.

IF YOU PREFER A COMFORTABLE FIT THEN WE RECOMMEND GOING UP ONE SIZE.

*If you are between two sizes please go with the larger size.

  • 16” Wraps = Great support & provide you the support needed when doing Olympic type movements.
  • 24” or 30” Wraps = Extra support for Powerlifting & Strongman training.  These are very rigid and provide the greatest wrist stability.

Great!

Honestly after looking into buying these wraps and sleeves for about a month I finally decided to bite the bullet and buy some. Now I’ve bought sleeves and wraps off Amazon but none compare to these! You get what you pay for. Definitely helps with lifting!
