These 4.5" wide CUFF's also act with compression to help alleviate issues such as tendinitis which is very often associated with people training heavy and often. Where you locate the CUFF on your arm can be very specific to help support and or alleviate different areas of pain.
Please take time to measure the area of your arm you are planning to wear this item and size it appropriately from our chart.
These can be tough to properly position on your arm and are an extreme product aimed directly toward the strength training industry.
We recommend that you measure 1" below the elbow joint or specifically where the pain is.
