TUFF 2.0 Velcro Lifting Straps are a great way to improve your overall grip strength when training in the gym.  These are perfect for shrugs, lat pulldowns, rows or any other movement that requires you to have a secure grip.   Unlike our TUFF Velcro Lifting Straps, these do not have a woven rubber material in the strap. These utilize a heavy duty cotton strap material which is very durable and comfortable to use when lifting heavy.

Heavy duty straps

I've used the Harbinger Straps for years and these are the rugged SUV type of straps. The wrist wrap is far more comfy because it's wider and softer so it will decrease the feeling of the wrap digging into your wrist during heavy lifts or pulls.

The only real "challenge" is if you wear a fitness band/watch you will need to move it 2-3 inches up your arm or remove it completely.

I wear the iWatch with the silicone band so it's easy to just hook and move it up my arm. Latch band users will need to prep ahead of time.

The bar wrap is thick and comfy for griping the bar. I have smaller hands and it still works well.
